What we collect

• What you send us: your name, email, company and anything you write when you email us or book a call.
• Booking details: when you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email and the time you chose, under its own privacy policy, and shares them with us.
• Site statistics: Framer, which hosts this site, gives us aggregate figures such as pages viewed, referring sites, device type and approximate country.
• Business contact details: we may reach out to people at companies we would like to work with, using work names, roles and email addresses from public sources and business data providers.

How we use it

• To reply to you, run calls and deliver projects, including proposals and invoices.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To send occasional emails about our work to business contacts. Every such email lets you ask us to stop.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that help us run the business: Framer for the website, Calendly for booking, and our email and invoicing providers. They may use the information only to provide their service to us.
• Authorities, if the law requires it or to protect our rights.
• A buyer or successor, if the business is ever sold or merged.

Videos and cookies

We do not add advertising or tracking cookies to this site. Embedded YouTube and Vimeo players may set their own cookies when a video loads or plays; their privacy policies cover that.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and booking details for as long as we are talking or working together, and project and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. We delete business contact details as soon as you ask us to.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email naveen@xenaproduction.com and we will reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, for example in the EU, the UK or California, you may have further rights under local law, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Where it is processed

We are a US company and our team works from India. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Security and children

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information, though no method of sending or storing it is completely secure. The site is meant for businesses and is not aimed at children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new effective date.
